Silo district is located in the dollar based, V&A Waterfront area which has seen growth from R10,000 per square meter in 1999 for residential properties to a current R100,000 per square meter minimum. Attracting both local and international buyers, there is always more demand than supply in this area.

Case Study:


In 2012 we facilitated the sale of a unit in Silo 2 to an investor. At R34,300 per square meter. Said investor recently had his property valued at R80,800 per square meter.

Based on the above case study, the return in investment in Silo 2 has been 25,3% per annum over the set period.

Considering all of the above, we feel there is strong support that Silo District will see above average price growth of properties.
